2. Sticky:Devsite Blog: Adding Bookmarks to the API - in EVE Technology Lab [original thread]
thie orbital setups in eve have always bugged me a bit. orbits being circular for everything, and especially the fact that planets and other celestials (including anchored obects) never *move*, at least during downtime. yes I realize that would be...

3. Sticky:[AEGIS] Fleet Warp Changes - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
like I said before, people whining about fleet warp the way it was are mainly those incapable of adapting. those of us who are complaining are in fact those who will adapt, and remain just as big a headache to those that lobbied for this change as...

I only have issues with the nerfing of fleet warps to bookmarks. a fleet/wing/squad commander should have the ability to make any personal bookmarks he likes public to the fleet he is commanding for that purpose. if you cant deal with the speed at...

6. Directional Scan - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
what *I* would like to see with Dscan is some kind of visual representation of the scan cone overlaid onscreen when the dscan window is open and selected, much like it is with the tactical overlay. that way, we at least have a better idea of exact...

7. Announcement:Dev Blog: Long-Distance Travel Changes Inbound - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
you just dont get it. the big power blocks will continue going about business as usual after this change - all they have to do is cache capitals in their regional holdings, and they have PLENTY of caps to do that with. Unless and until moon mining...

8. Announcement:Dev Blog: Long-Distance Travel Changes Inbound - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I for one agree that null is broken. power projection however is IMHO a symptom and not the cause of the problem - a large part of the problem is that CCP has been lazy - particularly about the moon material situation and sov mechanics in general.

10. An idea for PVP oriented Moon Mining - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
My suggestion would be to use a modified version of the current PI mechanics for moons - some of which woud also be applied to the normal PI system, alongside some redistribution of ALL non-biological raw materials to planets, moons AND asteroids:...

I'm decidedly angered by the sledgehammer approach as well, when CCP has had other options FOR YEARS to shake up null and the big alliances.

if you REALLY want to spice things up, allow multiple POS to be anchored over moons, with the restriction that any given corp is only allowed ONE over a given moon. this way, POSes would not just be tasked with being glorified POCOS, but would hav...

My suggestion would be to use a modified version of the current PI mechanics for moons: Instead of using a POCO, repurpose the moon mining arrays to function *as* POCOS - in essence becoming a POSCO.
Only one POSCO array allowed per POS, ...
